The Ultimate Reset

Well, we've reached the halfway point of the Ultimate Reset.  This is the second time we have done this cleanse.  The first time we got great results and are hoping to get something similar this time around.  
The Ultimate Reset is a 21 day cleanse and detox.  It is very detailed and specific about what you are supposed to be eating and when.  There is a schedule that tells you when to take the various supplements included in the Reset.  We are halfway through week two.
I have to admit, doing the Reset is HARD!  I can imagine that if you are used to eating out most of the time that doing the Reset would be even more difficult!  I am definitely starting to feel the effects of it though and that is a good thing!  I am no longer bloated or retaining water and my clothes are fitting less snug on me.  I didn't weigh myself or take any measurements before I started this time because I didn't want my sole focus to be on weight.  I wanted to see how I felt during the reset.  I am noticing that I am sleeping better and falling asleep much faster which is a really big deal for me!  Usually I'm awake for hours before I fall asleep.  I've also been diffusing some essential oils at night so that might be helping me as well.
I'm hoping that doing this Reset will help me kick some bad habits like drinking soda and eating out too frequently.  I want to continue eating a lot of fruits, veggies, and healthy grains and limit my intake of meat and dairy products.  I also want to get back to being more consistent with my exercise routine.  It's been hard finding that consistency now that I have an infant to take care of.  She doesn't take very long naps during the day so finding the time to exercise can be difficult but I am determined to do it!
Next week is the last week of the Reset so I'll post our results when we've finished.
